A great opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join my client, a global business based in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of product to a wide range of customers using order placement systems.
  • Accurately process customer orders within designated timeframes.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure key clients have a positive experience with our company.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, both over the phone and via email, in a professional manner.
  • Offer timely and thorough customer feedback on orders and delivery status.
  • Communicate any changes to delivery schedules, highlighting inefficiencies or foreseeable issues.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, including logistics providers, hauliers, and warehouses.
  • Generate accurate reports from internal systems and ensure databases remain up to date.
  • Manage proof of delivery receipts and oversee deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in order processing/management within any industry!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year + bonus and benefits
