This is not a traditional office role, as you'll be working on-site and have direct contact with our warehouse teams. Depending on where you're based, you may work on rotation with your HR assistant colleagues. This means there is always someone from our HR team on hand to talk to employees and support with any queries.
The HR Assistant role is varied. As well as helping us stay on top of key HR processes, you’ll support leaders in your team on different projects to engage people. This may involve collecting feedback from people and running activities to get them on board with new plans.
