A rapidly growing SaaS business, generating £30m in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expanding at a rate of 30% YoY, is seeking a dynamic and strategic CFO to join their leadership team. Backed by a mid-market private equity fund, the business is two years into its investment cycle and is on a fast track to scale. With a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, the business is focused on achieving £80m ARR in the next few years, positioning itself for a potential secondary buyout or trade sale. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial expertise, a proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses, and a strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth.

The successful candidate will lead the financial operations, strategic planning, and performance management across the business. They will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring the company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth. The CFO will also be involved in stakeholder management, working closely with private equity partners and external advisors to navigate the company’s path to a successful exit.
