As Vice President or Director, you will be instrumental in leading deal execution, expanding our network within our focus sectors, and driving business origination. You will work closely with entrepreneurs and founders, providing high-quality advisory services while contributing to the development of Tura Advisory’s reputation as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials (e.g., information memoranda), buyer outreach, negotiation support, and project management.
- Business Development & Origination: Build relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and key industry stakeholders in IT Services, Marketing, and Professional Services sectors to identify new opportunities. Develop your own pipeline of sell-side mandates over time.
- Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with colleagues across all levels to foster a collaborative culture. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Contribution: Take initiative in shaping internal processes, marketing efforts, and other strategic initiatives that support the growth of Tura Advisory as a leading boutique advisory firm.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance roles, ideally with exposure to sell-side transactions. A proven track record in at least one of our focus sectors (IT Services, Marketing, or Professional Services) is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of tasks beyond your core responsibilities.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs and founders. Experience in business origination is a plus.
- Collaboration & Initiative: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but also demonstrates strong initiative and independence when required.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and pride in your output.
- Education: Strong academic background; professional qualifications (e.g., ACA/ACCA or CFA) are advantageous but not essential.
