Job description

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global secondary sector client to secure a Global Head of Rewards. You’ll be joining a 4.5k employee strong company, operating in over 40 countries and reporting straight into the CHRO. This is a No.1 reward role where you will take a lead on compensation and benefits matters globally with the support of a team of 4.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the cash compensation scheme, LTIP, and executive remuneration.
  2. Work closely with the CHRO to deliver at Rem Co.
  3. Ensure an appropriate compensation framework and job architecture is in place.
  4. Promote talent retention and ensure an inclusive and performance-driven business.
  5. Handle operational reward work plus design and delivery projects.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  7. Support with any divesting or country expansion.
  8. Provide strategic direction for compensation and benefits matters.
  9. Ensure effective relationships across the business, including stakeholders within finance, HR, and operations.
  10. Include a small amount of global mobility work.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Head of Reward with both compensation and benefits activities within a multi-country setting (15+).
  2. Hands-on approach to driving both operational work and strategic initiatives.
  3. Team management experience is a must.
  4. Ability to lead on reward programs for all levels of a business.
  5. Attention to detail, analytical nature, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  6. Adaptable and flexible to change.
