About Our Client

Our client is a well known national law firm. They have a brilliant real estate team working with well household name clients on a regional and national basis. As a real estate solicitor you will be dealing with asset management work together with assisting the the senior associates and partners in the team on more complex investment and development work.

Job Description

As a Real Estate Solicitor your duties will include:

• Manage a range of asset management matters.
• Assist more senior members of the team on complex development and investment matters.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent client service.
• Assist in business development and networking activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and regulations.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate and legally sound.
• Liaise with clients and other solicitors.
• Contribute to the firm's growth and success in the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Solicitor should have between 2-5 PQE. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
