I'm currently working on a Commercial Lead Talent Manager role at a creative agency who specializes across the Esports, Gaming and Entertainment vertical.
Exciting Bits:
- My client is an agency helping world-class athletes, artists, and global brands make waves in gaming and Esports.
- The team is already working with amazing brands such as Roblox and Fortnite!
- This is a remote role with the occasional trip to London twice a month to meet with your team.
- Opportunity to work with and build commercial relationships with culturally powerful brands.
- This role will be a hybrid of new business and partnerships across both brands and talent.
- Uncapped commission!
- My client also has their own creative studios and is creating their own game!
The Role:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and strategic partnerships within the social and influencer marketing space.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
You:
- 3+ years of experience selling to brands/clients directly.
- Working experience or knowledge of the social/influencer space (bonus).
- Working experience or knowledge within the esports/gaming space (bonus).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
