We are Honest Greens, an innovative, passionate and rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant lifestyle brand with a mission: revolutionizing the restaurant industry and democratizing Real Food. Daily, throughout our 32 restaurants across Spain and Portugal, our hundreds of staff produce delicious food from products that are ethically sourced, organic whenever possible, unprocessed, and free of artificial preservatives, additives or refined sugars.

We are currently looking for a Head Chef who will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring operational excellence, dish quality, and adherence to brand standards. They will supervise the kitchen team, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cost and Supplier Management: Control the kitchen budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and team management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
