Job Description

Jellyfish is looking to bring on an Integrated Producer. You will be part of a dedicated team, supporting one of our key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver internal and consumer-facing cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot and production solutions for all Communications.
• Manage partners internally and externally as a client-facing role.
• Provide progress updates and escalate issues.
• Understand production trends, costs, and quality.
• Lead budget management and cost negotiations at multiple production levels, of 500k+ million Euros per production.
• Handle legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights.
• Manage multiple production timelines and achieve time in full.
• Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking documents.
• Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filed during and after the shoot.
• Final reconciliations including archiving.
• Understand and enforce compliance to policies.
• Uphold and enforce high standards for all deliverables.
• Manage production resource network, music management, and post-production.
• Ensure compliance & governance of client quality and guidelines.
• Understand the partnership between two organisations.
• Cascade Jellyfish business communication and implement Jellyfish processes.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, high-profile projects in a creative or production environment.
• Expertise in social production workflows; digital and broadcast is a bonus.
• Financial knowledge, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g. Wrike and Google Sheets).
• Adept at building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Experience in shoot management, including pre-production, on-set coordination, and post-production.
• Familiarity with emerging production technologies and trends in digital media.
• Knowledge of content production for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
