El Roi 3 Care Solutions is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support children and young people with disabilities, complex needs, and behavioural challenges in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people
• Support with personal care, feeding, mobility, medication, and emotional wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and contribute to reviews under supervision
• Maintain dignity, independence, and positive routines
• Encourage participation in social, leisure, and community-based activities
• Support young people with complex needs, including behaviours that challenge
• Report accurately and respond to concerns or service breakdowns
• Promote safeguarding, complete risk assessments, and escalate issues when required
• Advocate for service users and support families to maximise potential

Minimum Requirements:

• Caring, professional, and reliable attitude
• Minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (or eligibility for Skilled Worker visa)
• Care Certificate and up-to-date face-to-face mandatory training (e.g., Basic Life Support)
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent/working towards)
• Experience in care (especially with children or young people) preferred
