Location: Runcorn

Hours: 39.38 hours, working on a 4-week shift rotation:

1. Week 1: Monday to Friday 5am-1:15pm, Sunday 6am-2pm
2. Week 2: Monday to Friday 9pm-5:15am
3. Week 3: Monday to Friday 1pm-9:15pm
4. Week 4: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:15pm

Salary: £23,599 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Technician to join our Runcorn Depot. Under supervision from the depot, this role will involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance whilst gaining knowledge of the safe working practices required to carry out the role as a Technician.

The heart of the role:

• Assisting in the maintenance of volume picking machinery
• Assisting in the immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment in accordance with the production hours
• Develop knowledge of depot automation and its operational systems, regarding electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for most of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.

What makes you tick:

• Grade 4/C above GCSE or equivalent English and Maths qualification.
• Basic experience working within a maintenance environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
