What you'll do

1. Lead teams to design and implement complex multi-technology solutions, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
2. Define technologies, standards, and best practices within the DevSecOps space.
3. Provide thought leadership, guiding peers, the Practice, customers, and partners with expert insights.
4. Lead customer-facing meetings, presenting technical solutions and assessing implementation approaches.
5. Identify and highlight technical risks, ensuring successful solutions delivery for clients.
6. Produce and quality-assure high-quality documentation for customer projects.
7. Actively mentor and coach colleagues, helping to define and uphold industry standards.
8. Take ownership of both pre-sales qualification and post-sales delivery, driving customer success and satisfaction.

What you'll need

1. Proven experience of working in a Lead role in:
2. DevOps or DevSecOps projects in Cloud, On-premise and Hybrid environments.
3. Agile project frameworks and delivery such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or Lean Software Development.
4. Container native technology and ecosystem projects e.g. OpenShift, EKS, AKS and vanilla K8s.
5. The application of DevSecOps practices to application delivery e.g. Secrets Management, Application Security Testing, Vulnerability Management etc.
6. Ability to integrate security controls into the DevSecOps lifecycle to ensure ongoing compliance with standards like CIS, NIST, SOC1/2, PCI DSS, etc.

Technical knowledge

1. Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the following technologies (providing cert details where applicable):
2. Issue and Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
3. Hashicorp Terraform.
4. Hashicorp Vault.
5. SAST Security Testing such as GitLab, Checkmarx or Veracode.
6. DAST Security Testing such as OWASP ZAP or Veracode.
7. SCA Security Testing such as Checkmarx, Trivy, or Veracode.
8. IAST Security Testing such as Checkmarx.
9. Vulnerability Management such as PA Prisma.
10. QA Testing such as Selenium.
