About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team at a thriving estate agency in Tooting. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and negotiating property sales from initial enquiry to completion.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.

• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the local market.

• Generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive sales

• Conducting market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions.

• Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets.

• Keeping up to date with the local property market trends and legislation.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency (minimum 2 years).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Knowledge of the Tooting property market is highly desirable.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

• A competitive salary package with an attractive commission structure - basic salary £25-£28k plus sliding scale rising to 20%
