QS/ Senior QS (Groundworks)

My client, a leading residential groundwork's contractor, is seeking a strong and independent QS/ Senior QS to join their team near Gatwick on the Sussex/ Surrey border.

This role will suit a QS with groundwork's and/or RC frame experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and able to manage their own workload, reporting into a commercial director. Responsibilities:

1. Managing a handful of your own projects
2. Attending project review meetings
3. Producing monthly cost reports
4. Management of site costs/spend
5. Variations/Valuations
6. Submitting payment requests
7. Building working relationships with clients
