Skilled Labourer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist with various construction and maintenance tasks.
2. Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely.
3. Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers.
4. Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organising materials.
5. Perform physical labour such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
7. Maintain a clean and organised work area.
8. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar role or relevant trade.
2. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
3. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
