Job Description

This role is a rare opportunity to join the healthcare sector as a true customer service professional. This role includes managing a team who have a large range of interactions with customers in addition to owning the customer journey for customers who interact via in-person appointments.

  • Lead and manage a very specialist customer service team within the healthcare sector.
  • Work with key stakeholders based in clinics across the North West to own the customer journey.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and data analysis.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • A background working in a leadership role, able to manage a team who are highly empathetic.
  • Experience leading for a clinical, pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar patient-related business - private or public.
  • Strong knowledge of working with key stakeholders to improve/review the customer journey.
  • Strong understanding of company customer service policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team.

This role is full-time based in office. Working schedule is Monday - Friday and has some travel expectations.
