The Finance Business Partner provides analysis, decision-making support, management reporting, and budgetary control for the Growing Media production sites and their distribution network, supporting key business decisions and projects by providing appropriate financial insights.

• Working closely with site leads to identify financial opportunities, areas of risk, and challenge processes to support the strategic direction of the operation
• Compile site budget and forecasts
• Complete month-end financial process for operational activity, including variance analysis and insights into operational performance
• Standard cost analysis to understand and highlight key drivers for change
• Provide analytical reviews of relevant financial data to support business decisions and track variances

You will be:

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant with previous experience in a commercial role
• A strong eye for detail and drive to see things through to timely and effective completion
• High energy, self-starter, as well as a collaborative team player
