Role Overview

• Position:SEN Teaching Assistant

• Location:Ealing

• Start Date:Immediate

• Salary:£105 - £110 per day (dependant on experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working withinPrimary Schools or SEN Schools

• Have a genuine passion for supportingstudents with additional needs

• Be able to buildpositive relationshipswith students, helping them to feel safe and supported

• Be confident in assisting students withcommunication challenges, sensory needs, and emotional regulation

• Work effectively as part of acollaborative team, including teachers, SENCOs, and therapists

• Have apatient and adaptable approachto supporting children with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provideone-to-one and small group supportto students with SEN

• Assist in implementingindividual learning and behaviour support plans

• Support students indeveloping confidence, communication, and social skills

• Help create acalm and structured classroom environmentthat fosters learning

• Work closely with teachers to deliverengaging and accessible lessons

• Support students withdaily routines, transitions, and activitiesto promote independence
