Siamo Recruitment are working with an efficient storage solution specialist who are passionate about all things Shelving and Racking.
They are the UK's largest stockist of Shelving and Racking and are seeking a dedicated customer advisor to join their team of experts.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will work in a comfortable environment designed to inspire and receive constant training to further your development within the company.

We are looking for a Customer Account Manager who is willing to build strong relationships by going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Therefore, having a commitment to customer satisfaction is a must for a successful Customer Account Manager candidate and will embrace the responsibility of handling customer orders, customer queries, customer query rectification, and additionally Customer after-sales calls.

This Customer Account Manager role will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Deal with Customer Queries and provide Quotations
  2. Receiving and processing customer orders
  3. Negotiate prices and discounts with the customer
  4. Handle all after-sales calls for internal and external customers
  5. Full investigation and closure of Corrective Action, ensuring preventative actions have taken place to avoid problem replication.
  6. Plan, organise and communicate return of product

The ideal candidate for this Customer Account Manager role will have the following skills:

  1. Flexibility
  2. Previous experience within customer service is essential
  3. Previous experience quoting customers and managing post-sale relationships
  4. Exposure logging customer journeys through a CRM
  5. Previous experience working within a team
  6. Keen to learn and develop within the role
  7. A full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
