IOLLA is a Scottish based, direct to consumer, independent retailer of high quality eyewear; designed in house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces.

We are on the look out for an energetic, driven and entrepreneurial Retail & Community Lead to take the lead and become the face of our brand as we expand our community in an exciting new territory, London.
Play the leading role within our East London unit, managing all aspects of daily operations in a vibrant and exciting space.
Be the face of the IOLLA brand in a new territory, representing our values, tone of voice and style.
Deliver exceptional customer interactions, sharing the IOLLA proposition with passion and enthusiasm.
Lead from the front in the delivery of an elevated styling experience through customer styling sessions.
Drive brand awareness across the local community and beyond, building IOLLA's customer base.
Be responsible for the day to day running of the unit - following all operational processes, processing transactions, managing sales and maintaining all brand standards.
Host or support office pop ups, activations and events to grow our presence.
Work collaboratively with our HQ team on sales strategy, local marketing and growth plans. Contribute to the brand's development by providing local insights, trends and finding the next opening opportunity.
Create and foster strong relationships with IOLLA customers and brand partners.
You have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, and have supported a business in delivering on its growth plans.
You are a natural at networking and enjoy building new relationships, both internally and externally.
You have a passion for eyewear, style and keeping up to date on key seasonal trends.
You are commercially astute and are apt at recognising opportunities for growth.
You are a driven individual with a passion for product, people and delivering stand out brand experiences.
You have experience of creating and executing in-store/ brand events/ pop ups.
You can drive performance and results and are organised and strategic in your approach.
You are self motivated and understand the importance of leading by example.
You are a self starter and enjoy working on your own and as part of a team.
You take ownership for your own learning and development.
