  4. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive client acquisition and engagement.
  5. Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to refine marketing approaches and identify opportunities for innovation.
  6. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  7. Drive digital marketing and data-driven approaches, optimizing client outreach and engagement across multiple channels.
  8. Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines and align with the bank’s brand values and client-first approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Experience in content marketing, event management, digital marketing, and client engagement strategies.
  • Extensive event planning and management experience, including exposure to event management systems (CVENT preferred).
  • Understanding of ultra-high-net-worth client expectations and the private banking landscape.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-site matrix organisation.
  • Creative thinker and strong creative judgement.
  • Detailed experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing cloud.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive budget and vendor management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously to manage and drive projects forward. Also, comfortable working as part of a team and supporting initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
