This stunning hotel based in the South Yorkshire countryside, commutable to Doncaster, Leeds, Hull & Sheffield, are recruiting a Pastry Chef to join the team of talented chefs to assist the Head chef in producing stunning afternoon teas, ala carte menus & banqueting in this lovely country hotel setting.

With a fine dining restaurant, the areas finest afternoon tea's, room service, events & weddings, there really is a lot going on at this stunning hotel and this really is a fantastic position to really get some high quality on your CV.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  1. A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
  2. Experience working in a fresh food led kitchen
  3. Experience working on a pastry section in a similar level of kitchen, be it hotel, gastro or restaurant to a minimum 1 rosette standard
  4. The desire to learn from a very well respected head pastry chef
