HR Reporting Analyst

Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH (Friday)

Contract: Permanent

A global organisation based in West London is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to create and deliver precise metrics, dashboards, and reports focused on our people across the organization. In this role, you’ll support HR projects through data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting, while driving improvements in the payroll system and related functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design templates and consolidate data, ensuring accuracy and clarity that aligns with P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and KPIs that inform and guide decision-making.
3. Craft detailed reporting packs for senior management, complete with valuable commentary.
4. Enhance the efficiency of existing models and systems to better support HR objectives.
5. Create standardized reporting tools for the group, facilitating consistent communication across various territories.
6. Oversee key internal reports, managing their design, frequency, and accuracy.
7. Build and refine financial models to extract actionable insights related to our workforce.
8. Analyse data proactively to pinpoint business challenges and opportunities for performance enhancement.
9. Monitor system integrations to maintain alignment with company policies.
10. Innovate new functionalities for HR initiatives, such as salary sacrifice programs.

Requirements:

1. Experience as an analyst, particularly with complex HR-related data and reporting, understanding its connections to finance and operations.
2. Expertise in developing meaningful KPIs and reports from various HR systems, showcasing business performance.
3. Proficient in data analysis for headcount reporting, budget forecasting, and payroll reconciliations.
4. Skilled at producing senior management reports that align with financial metrics.
5. Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data manipulation and reporting.
6. Advanced Excel skills for creating complex models.
