We're looking for a Supply Planner!


Location: Surrey
Salary: 30k


Looking for a highly motivated Supply Planner to join a food business based in Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with supply chain qualifications and hands-on experience to ensure the supply of finished goods to the UK&I market.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the supply process with the central production and internal teams.
  2. Main point of contact for Customer Service, Sales, and Demand Managers for supply-related issues.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, suppliers, and factories.
  4. Work on scenario planning, sprint capacity, product launches, and consumer-specific promotions.
  5. Identify potential supply bottlenecks and capacity issues, providing regular reviews and proactive solutions.
  6. Assess supply risks and implement appropriate contingency plans.
  7. Conduct waste analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
  8. Assist the IMEX team with customs administration for import and export flows.

Skills & Experience:
  1. A graduate-level qualification in supply chain.
  2. Previous experience in supply chain within an FMCG environment.
  3. Expertise in FMCG is essential.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. High attention to detail.
  6. Proficient in IT.
  7. Adaptability and flexibility.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills.
