Finance Manager Real Estate £100,000 plus bonus City of London

I have worked with this amazing client for around thirty years now; they are an operator of serviced offices in the West End of London. They are very profitable with sound fundamentals.

We are exclusively tasked with assisting with the appointment of a Finance Manager. The role, which reports to the CFO, is responsible for a team of eight and includes the following responsibilities:

1. Monthly management accounts
2. Cash control
3. Budgets and budgetary control
4. Ensuring all payments are made on time
5. Ensuring Credit control is managed effectively
6. Financial reporting to the board

The role would suit an experienced and qualified accountant with a stable track record and someone personable.
