Job Title: Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Ref: BM600
Location: Brentwood
Salary: £23,000 – £27,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential sector. They are looking for a talented and Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in their Brentwood office.
To be successful in applying for the role of Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification with relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be able to boast design flair and have proficiency in AutoCAD. It is essential that the individual has a UK Driver's license and a car, as well as experience in a relevant role within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
- Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
- Good experience with AutoCAD software
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- In the process of completing your RIBA Part 2 qualification
- Experience working on projects within the residential or commercial sectors
- Strong attention to detail

- Live locally to the Brentwood area
