We are seeking a Capital Projects & Asset Management Co-ordinator to join a dynamic Facilities & Assets team responsible for delivering a modern, fit-for-purpose estate that underpins front-line operations across the region.
As a key advisor to the Capital Build & Asset Manager, you will oversee a range of high-value construction and refurbishment programmes, ensuring strategic delivery aligned with the organisation's estate strategy. You'll manage projects ranging from £30k minor works to multi-million-pound new builds, acting as the lead project officer and point of contact for consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
