Job description

Dynamics CRM Developer

Oliver James are partnered with a property services leader, who provide customised, end-to-end security solutions. They have a healthy portfolio for 2025, and are seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join their team. This person will join a group of D365 professionals, and play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of innovative solutions built on Dynamics CRM.

As part of the Dynamics team, you will be integral in continuing to deploy the Customer Service & Sales modules across multiple European businesses. This role will cover the entire end-to-end implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work on the development of dynamic, high-quality solutions using Dynamics CRM.
  2. Collaborate with teams to deploy Customer Service and Sales modules across various European regions.
  3. Engage with 3rd party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of custom solutions.
  4. Work on the creation and implementation of tailored solutions to meet specific business needs.
  5. Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and support.

What You'll Need:

  1. 3+ years of experience in D365 development and software project implementation.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the entire M365 suite, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI.
  3. Relevant certifications (D365 Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, D365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
  4. Proven experience working within Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
