Base pay range

We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to support and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function within a dynamic and growing (re)insurance firm. This role will work closely with the Head of ERM to ensure effective risk governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk oversight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the development and delivery of high-quality risk reports, including ORSAs and CRO reports for senior leadership.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and conduct in-depth risk deep dives on key exposures.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd's, PRA, FCA, and Bermuda (BMA) regulatory requirements and oversee risk-related filings.
• Mentor and lead a small team while collaborating with key business functions to integrate ERM tools and processes.
