Junior Merchandiser - Fashion Lifestyle Retailer

Fella & Jones are partnering with an exciting fashion lifestyle retailer, seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support omni-channel sales and stock planning. You’ll work with a senior planner to develop budgets, forecasts, and range plans, while ensuring efficient stock management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in seasonal budgeting and sales planning.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment, and markdown strategies.
• Conduct weekly trade analysis and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with merchandising, finance, and other teams to ensure cohesive planning.

Skills and Experience:

• Interest in planning/merchandising with previous support role experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the retail sector.
