What is the role?
Reporting to the Northwest Europe Cluster Lead, the Clinical Product Manager is responsible for the development, penetration and growth of the homecare environment. Through building strategic partnerships with key Homecare Dealers and prescribing HCPs in hospitals and Community Settings the incumbent will be responsible for Aerogen's revenue growth targets by building effective partnership commercial go to market plans, collaboration and execution.
Implementing pricing strategies and value-based purchasing negotiations and in collaboration with the team and Cluster lead, the successful candidate will build and execute a comprehensive Strategic Partnership Go-to Market plan to accelerate Aerogen Growth in the homecare market. The Clinical Product Manager will build and own strong customer relationships with Key Healthcare Professionals and patient advocacy groups as well as Homecare providers to drive the usage of Aerogen products for homecare patients by formulating a comprehensive Aerogen service & value offer, including facilitating and leading training and co-visits in the field.
The responsibilities include strong collaboration with the global marketing team, building key local opinion leaders with Medical Affairs and partner with cluster commercial leadership to own and deliver the revenue targets while building out the growth strategy in this sector. Part of the incumbent's market development role is to investigate and propose a Go to Market or investment plan to actively penetrate and grow the Homecare market through strategic alliances.
