- Leading media events agency based in East Sussex seeks highly talented Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing marketing team.

Their events include conferences, annual kick-offs, dinners, networking events and cultural experiences.
What this role involves:
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan that supports their targets for new business.
- Supporting sales activities by promoting their expertise and brand.
- Producing and publishing tailored content in various formats across the website and social media.
- Monitoring, tracking and analysing the outcome of each campaign.
- Managing relationships with external collaborators (copywriters, graphic designers, printers, etc.).
- Potentially some travel to attend trade events or to create content at their client events.
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience working preferably from a B2B background.
- Proven experience in developing and executing matrix-driven marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
- Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy.
- Ability to produce engaging on-brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required.
- Solid understanding of social media best practices and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus.
