Job Description

  • Own and manage the entire strategic sales process from top to bottom.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets according to company goals, owning all sales conversion metrics and both monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the team to generate leads and develop and optimize messaging to increase sales team effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with both current clients and new prospects.
  • Be a subject matter expert in your Enterprise domain and constantly review the market to determine the changing needs of customers.
  • Ability to travel in North America, meeting with prospects and customers.
  • Identify and engage with potential Enterprise partnerships, setting them up for success with Wix Enterprise.

Qualifications

  • You're a motivated experienced sales executive with 10 - 12 years of B2B sales experience, 5 of those focused on selling to the enterprise markets.
  • Your excellent sales skills and ability to lead by example are evident in everything you do, and you always get things done.
  • You're a master networker and know how to use connections to create and drive both new and existing business opportunities.
  • You're a results-driven, competitive, and hungry salesperson who thrives in a high-growth startup environment.
  • You have the necessary drive to create open and effective communication channels while delivering the value of our platform as the best on the market.
  • You have experience working with big brands and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • This role requires 50% travel.
