M&E Site Manager

Location: Brighton

I'm seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a growing Mechanical Contractor based in Essex who has built a great reputation over the last few years. They are searching for a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager with residential / apartment project experience to manage the mechanical works and oversee an electrical contractor on-site which is worth £1.4M over the next 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly supervisor H&S site walks
• Conduct toolbox talks every week
• Understand and be able to work to a program and report delays
• Ensure the installation is carried out in accordance with the Client's Requirements, scope of works, drawings, and quality
• Coordination of labour and subcontractors
• Record and manage VOs
• Ensure test sheets are filled out

Previous Experience and Qualifications

• Trained as a plumber / pipefitter
• SSSTS
• Successful track record as a Site Manager of a residential project upwards of £1 million M&E
