About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team in Dover. Working with Dover District Council on a variety of residential works, including occupied, void properties, and communal areas, our team produces work to the highest standards and delivers outstanding customer service.
As a plumber, you will undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract, including out-of-hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience is required in all maintenance plumbing, including bathroom/wet room installs, hot water cylinders, and leak detection.
You will be responsible for first and second fixes, kitchen and bathroom installations, which may involve full or partial replacements. The role also includes dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, fixing leaks, and renewing plumbing parts.
Participate in call-out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance and service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.
