Job Description

As Management Accountant, you will:

• Oversee daily accounting operations within the company.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Detect and address potential discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar is preferable.
• Extensive knowledge of management accounts processes
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
