Merkur Slots - Team Member - Part Time - Sydenham

Position: Team Member - Sydenham

Hours Per Week: 16

Pay Rate: £12.74 - £14.24 per hour

Night Rate: £14.24 per hour (11 pm - 6 am)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces.
  • Ensuring service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitoring the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
  • Assisting with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
  • Helping ensure that promotions run smoothly and are a success.
  • Ensuring that customer service is carried out in line with company standards and results in "customer satisfaction".
  • Owning and resolving problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interacting with customers throughout your shift and intervening as appropriate. Such interactions must be logged in accordance with policies.
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to while on duty.
  • Achieving, maintaining, and imparting to customers great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Gaining a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25.
  • Actively discouraging harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
