Graduate Recruitment Consultant– £30k starting salary!

This recruitment business focuses on bringing much-needed thought, intelligence, and calculation to the recruitment field. Working in an open and relaxed environment where personality and communication are encouraged, and intelligent recruiting is taught from week one!

Salary: Graduate starting salary = £30,000

Commission: 1st year OTE £40,000, 2nd year OTE £70,000.

Unlimited earning potential, consultants in year three have earned 120K+!

Location: Cannon Street, City of London

The Role:

Conducting research via telephone referencing and interviews
Spotting top talent pools and industry performances
Market mapping
Speaking with prospective hires and providing them with information about clients and current demands
Calling references to find out more about potential candidates and businesses.
Establishing a strong network of market sources
Finding and establishing new client connections - full 360 exposure, working closely with various clients.
Developing a thorough understanding of your market
