Higher Level Teaching Assistant needed for Primary School in Greenwich!
Career Teachers are seeking an experienced HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant (QTS not required for this role) at a fantastic mainstream Primary School in Greenwich, South East London!
This is a full-time role, beginning ASAP, working with various classes, from Early Years to Year 6. We are looking for someone motivated and proactive, with experience working with children of various abilities, including those with SEND and/or challenging behaviour.
As an HLTA, you will be responsible for teaching/assisting with teaching all national curriculum subjects, including Maths, English, Music, and Physical Education. You will plan curriculum-aligned lessons, create a safe and motivating classroom environment, monitor student progress, provide feedback, implement behaviour expectations, assess assignments and tests, and communicate with parents and school leaders.
Qualifications and Experience:
We seek passionate HLTAs with expertise in teaching methods, effective communication, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
