Job description

Currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician for a well-established and award-winning Chartered practice based in Chichester. This practice is passionate about creating detailed designs that improve the built environment. The Senior Architectural Technician will be working on a range of projects within the Residential, Education, Commercial, and Sustainability sectors. Project values can be anything from smaller scale, up to projects that are around £50 million + in value. Our client is receptive in their search and would also consider ambitious Architectural Technologists.

Senior Architectural Technician Job Overview

1. Production of feasibility, planning, and working drawings.
2. Consult with other staff, decide the format and scope of design data required for project (drawings, schedules, specification, etc.).
3. Work on interesting projects within a range of sectors as well as having a focus on sustainable architecture.
4. Focus on the technical stages of a project.
5. Produce technical details.
6. Work within a wider technical team, supporting wider staff.
7. Translate standard/proprietary client's details onto working drawings.

Senior Architectural Technician Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years' UK experience as an Architectural Technician.
2. Good technical ability.
3. Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.
4. Motivated, enthusiastic candidate.
5. Excellent knowledge of Revit.
6. Live within a commutable distance of Chichester.
