Business Development Manager - Field Based

Northumberland

Up to £30,000 Basic w/ £45,000 OTE

Company Vehicle (Audi A3/A-Class/XC40/Golf)

Would you like to work with Europe's leading vacation management and holiday resort business? Are you self-motivated and like being on the road selling? This may be the role for you.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Self generate leads to convert into new clients
  2. Identify and recruit new Lodge and Holiday Park locations which feature single unit accommodation i.e. Holiday Home or Lodge type product which fits in line with the service Level Agreement (SLA)
  3. Recruiting new properties in line with the sales principles during or face to face sales meetings
  4. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure that they are agreed in line with company expectations
  5. Maximise the commercial value with each new location, improving the appeal, margin and commercial success of each property
  6. Promote the benefits of the dynamic pricing model and accurately provide mid-line pricing data
  7. Produce quality and engaging content for website presentations including copy, photography, directions etc. in line with content guidelines
