We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients manufacturing site. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, providing strategic and operational HR support to drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and support a high-performing culture. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will work closely with managers and employees to deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  2. Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
  3. Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance business performance and organisational development.
  4. Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies.
  5. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  6. Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  7. Support learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the workforce.
  8. Collaborate with site leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  9. Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial environment.
  2. Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  3. Experience in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  5. Hands-on approach with the ability to work on-site and support a fast-paced operational environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
