Work Planner Job Overview
Work Planner required for our client. Our client, who provides bespoke and innovative engineering solutions across building services, HVAC, fabrication and engineering sectors, is currently expanding their business and is looking for a work planner to assist them in their growth. The work planner would be tasked with liaising with engineers and clients, scheduling ppm and reactive works, booking repairs, checking and updating portals, preparing and maintaining operational reports, meeting KPIs, and handling timesheets.

We are looking for someone who has similar experience within the role as our client is looking for a professional candidate who can provide a premium service to help develop the business further.

Location: The Work Planner would need to be located in and around Rochester, Kent and to be able to commit to full in-house work.

Work Planner Job Requirements

1. Previous experience in this role (essential)
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks
3. Strong communication skills
4. Confidence
5. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment

Work Planner Salary & Benefits

1. Basic salary ranging from £25k - £30k
2. 33 days annual leave (inc. 8 days bank holiday)
3. Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (37.5 hpw)
4. Onsite parking
