  3. Possess Strong Commercial Acumen – You’re driven to identify and win new business, leveraging your 360-degree recruitment experience to create new opportunities.

Can Engage With Senior Stakeholders – Given our specialisms and seniority focus, recruiters who have demonstrated success in running and delivering on senior-level searches, worked closely with executive-level hiring managers are highly preferred. Above all, we value active listeners and strong communicators who can build trust and foster long-term relationships.
  5. Thrive in a High-Performing Team – While you’re focused on results, you also contribute to a collaborative, success-oriented environment.
  6. Resilient – One of the most important traits of a successful recruiter. Resilience throughout the process is vital for growing as a recruiter in this region.
  7. Are Experienced but Open to Learning – You have at least 4 years of experience in end-to-end Agency recruitment (ideally in one of our specialized sectors), but you’re always eager to refine your skills and integrate our meticulous best practices into your approach.
