Job description

Team Manager – Children with Disabilities – Stafford

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for a Children with Disabilities Team Manager to work for our client based in Stafford and surrounding areas.

Staffordshire County Council – Team Manager – Children with Disabilities

£41.42 per hour and Hybrid working (2 days per week)

  • You will provide supervision, attend and chair panels.
  • Case loads are 20 and below, there are currently 10 staff to supervise, a couple of whom are part-time workers.
  • Responsible for sign-off of work and team performance.
  • You will receive supervision and oversight from the district lead.
  • You will manage your own diary and arrange cover for leave.
  • You will have access to the benefits platform (VIVUP) and will also be able to access training.
