Up to 30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, car allowance, monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives.

As a Relationship Manager, you will need to build long-lasting relationships with your client base, deliver to their needs, and maintain activity across the account.

We currently operate in a number of industries including Defence & Aerospace, Engineering, Renewables, and Construction, which are our key markets at present. This desk will enable you to build a strategic career path in one of those areas and explore new ventures along the way.

Experience Profile
As a Relationship Manager, you will have previous recruitment or sales experience including:

• Finding solutions for your clients' needs
• Upselling experience
• Relationship building
• High levels of customer service
• Using social media to enhance branding and sales
