Rolling annual contract subject to H&G Funding
The post holder will be responsible for supporting with all matters relating to the operational and administrative delivery of services commissioned through the Housing Support Grant Program.
They will ensure that effective systems are in place and operated efficiently to achieve and maintain smooth delivery of all projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping accurate databases and electronic systems.
- Contributing to developing more effective systems where needed to manage and maintain the central HSG referral gateway and Single Access Point referral process.
- Undertaking an administrative role to support housing and HSG gateway services, facilitating access for service users to appropriate service responses.
