Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategic planning policies and frameworks
  • Leading the preparation and review of local plans and planning policy documents
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform policy development and decision-making
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including local communities, developers, and government bodies
  • Ensuring compliance with national and regional planning regulations and guidelines
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on planning policy matters to internal teams and external partners
  • Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of planning policies and strategies
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve strategic objectives
