Job description

About Our Client

This rapidly growing residential real estate investment company providing residential housing across the UK is currently recruiting an Investment Analyst or Associate to join their team of housing, development/project management, and finance professionals. Secured funding lines in place with institutional investors, my client possesses a significant pipeline of new build projects.

Job Description

  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to provide insightful analysis and drive senior decision making.
  • Communicate articulately and in a variety of ways, depending on the audience - speaking to internal management will be different from speaking to funding partners.
  • Sector expert for the business, ensuring anything "new" is being monitored and communicated internally, providing opportunities for business growth.
  • Ability to switch between priorities quickly - between capital stack analysis, reporting to funders, underwriting for IC, engagement with lawyers, valuers, and banks, for example.
  • Contribute to Investment Committee packs for new acquisitions, ensuring that the properties match investment partners' requirements.
  • Run the Due Diligence process for new transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a Real Estate Acquisitions related position and possess a relevant degree in real estate or finance. You will review and perform financial modelling and investment appraisals, investment committee packs, and review and audit acquisition bids.

What's on Offer

The role itself offers a competitive package and other benefits, along with the opportunity to work at a residential investment company with a long-term investment strategy to provide large scale housing solutions across the UK.

If you are interested in applying for this opportunity and possess the requisite experience highlighted above, then please send your CV to Dan Kavanagh.
