Job Description

Earn a starting wage of £148 per day. We are currently recruiting for Despatch Team Members to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory. The purpose of the role is to assist supervisors in the smooth running of the Despatch department to meet targets and orders while maintaining excellent standards in food safety and quality.

You will be responsible for picking, packing, and handling pet food goods.

1. Loading and unloading of vehicles
2. Picking orders on the Cmex system
3. Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times
4. Maintaining food safety standards at all times

Hourly Rate: £12.24 p/h Basic Rate. Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours worked after 48 hours.

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts. Week 1: 06:00 - 18:00 rotating to Week 2: 18:00 - 06:00.
